Bigg Boss OTT 2 Potential List of Contestants is Out: Know the Celebrity Names, Screening Platform, Date, and More

Actor Salman Khan will be hosting the Bigg Boss OTT season 2 this time. It will be his first on an online platform, while for years together now, the Bollywood actor has supported the reality show on television. As seen in Bollywood news, we are already aware of the 13 contestants who will become members of the Bigg Boss house. But the actual names of the contestants are hidden yet. Rumors about who will be part of the OTT season are circulating among the audience already.

The Bollywood news talks never go unnoticed and rumors are doing rounds that the estranged wife of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Aaliya Siddiqui may join the show, and so will Falaq Naazz, sister of Sheezan Khan. It has yet to be revealed if any famous Bollywood film actors and industry celebrities will appear. Bigg Boss OTT 2 is as mysterious and adventurous already as it can get.

The show had hinted at all the contestants but through their alias names such as ‘Hero No’, ‘Heroine’, ‘Astro Baby’, ‘One Piece’, ‘Insaan’, ‘Superstar’, ‘Womaniya’, ‘Theekhi Puri’, among others. This got the Bollywood news media already speculating who will be on the team of contestants for the season. Thus, the excitement about the reality show is at its peak with just a few hours remaining for the first episode screening.

The rumored contestants for Bigg Boss OTT 2 are Cyrus Broacha, Puneet Superstar, Akanksha Puri, Palak Purswani, Aaliya Siddiqui, Falaq Naazz, Avinash Sachdev, and Bollywood actress Jiya Shankar. Falaq Naazz was recently news in regards to her brother’s Sheezan involvement in the death case of Tunisha Sharma. Also, Aaliya is in the bulletin for having a case against Nawazuddin, and Akansha Puri is the ex-girlfriend of Paras, and she also won the Swayamvar: Mika Di Vohti.

Avinash Sachdev has acted in several shows such as Kis Desh Main Hai Mera Dil and Chotti Bahu while Jiya Shankar starred in Ved next to Riteish Deshmukh in her debut film. And we all know Cyrus who for years has been associated with MTV Bakra, appeared several times in Bollywood news, and is also a popular VJ. Palak Purswani on the other hand, is the ex-girlfriend of Sachdev.

The list of probable but unconfirmed contestants who may join the show is Jad Hadid, Kevin Almasifar, Anjali Arora of Lock Upp fame, Shruti Sinha, and Manisha Rani. Adhyayan Suman, a Bollywood actor, and Rajeev Sen were also offered to be a part of the OTT season but they had prior commitments and could not take it up.

According to Bollywood news, the official list of participants is waiting for the Bigg Boss OTT 2. The reality show will screen on Jio Cinema for free from 17 June 2023. Salman Khan will be the host for the first time for the OTT version. In 2021, it was Karan Johar, a Bollywood filmmaker, who hosted the first season.
