After being photographed in September of last year, Ishaan Khatter is rumored to be dating model Chandni Bainz. He chooses to keep the details of his relationship private after simply stating that he is in one. While not naming his partner, Ishaan explained why he prefers not to publicly 'launch' his relationships.

When asked if he would reveal anything about his current relationship, Ishaan responded, “I like guarding my private life, and I'll keep it that way, so no hard launches. I've been in relationships with actresses—actors (he corrects himself), and I've been in a relationship with someone who is not as established as me, so I'm very aware of how it affects the women I’m with. But you can't control where you're going to be seen, where you're going to be photographed when it's going to come out, how it's going to come out, what people are going to say... so I’m a bit protective.”

“I think I'm a good partner. It’s not that I don't have my flaws; I think I’ve been able to work on them from previous relationships and get better. My biggest flaw perhaps is being overly emotional,” he added further.

There are rumors that Ishaan is seeing model Chandni Bainz. A paparazzi account shared a video where Ishaan clutched Chandni's hand as they descended the steps. He also led her to the car and opened the door for her. After she sat down, Ishaan shut the door and went to pose for the media. Previously, Ishaan was in a relationship with actor Ananya Panday. They appeared in the movie Khaali Peeli (2020).

Currently, Ishaan is making his big-screen debut alongside Nicole Kidman in the web series The Perfect Couple. The television series, helmed by Susanne Bier, is derived from the book written by American novelist Elin Hilderbrand.
