First Reveal of Project K titled Kalki 2898 AD Revealed, Deepika Padukone and Prabhas Battle the Dark Times in a Dystopian World

A sneak peek of Project-K, a film on Kalki’s avatar and common people fighting off oppressors was released in the United States San Diego Comic-Con.

Project-K, a long-awaited project saw its sneak peek released at the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) in the United States. The filmmakers said the official title was Kalki, replacing the earlier working title Project K. In the event "This is Project K: First Glimpse of India's Mytho-Sci-fi Epic," the teaser was revealed by none other than the Bollywood actors Kamal Haasan and Prabhas. The director of the science fiction movie Project K is Nag Ashwin. The movie is a multilingual sci-fi movie made by Vyjayanthi Movies. A Hero Rises When the World is Overtaken by Darkness, is what the teaser claims.

The concept of the movie is domination by dark power and sinister technology. And the oppressed go through terrible treatment. The words – When darkness rules the globe, a force will emerge, were in the video. Deepika’s character is the one going through emotional pain. She is shown as an army recruit while Prabhas is depicted as a strong warrior. The teaser also had Amitabh in it wearing bandages, seemingly a fierce soldier. A person in the video is seen saying, what is Project K? There are a few inspirations from Star Wars and Marvels for this film.

Recently the team of Project K was seen in San Diego. The first to arrive at the event was Prabhas and Rana Daggubati and then Kamal Haasan also arrived. As for who is Kalki, in Hindu mythology, it is an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. This avatar will arrive at the end of Ghor Kaliyuga when hell will break loose and no trace of humanity will be left. Kalki will then come to Earth to destroy it and bring forth a new era. Artists dressed as raiders attended the Comic-Con's Hall H, where the Kalki 2898 AD reveal was held. Fans could be spotted taking pictures with the raiders as they arrived carrying movie posters.

"Now begins the end" was scrawled on it. "The Raiders have started taking over Comic-Con," read the caption on a post by Vyjayanthi Movies that included several SDCC photographs. Meet them and join the raid into our galaxy. At the occasion, a comic strip that previewed the tale of Kalki in 2898AD was also released. Prabhas' character saves the old man from being tortured by raiders in the comic strip. Since she is a member of SAG-AFTRA (The Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists), actor Deepika Padukone chose not to attend the event.

When she starred as the female lead in XXX: The Return of Xander Cage, which starred Vin Diesel, the actor became a member of the union. The SAG-AFTRA union has made it clear that performers are not allowed to offer promotional or publicity services while the union is on strike. That includes showing up at events like the San Diego Comic-Con.
