Kangana Ranaut Reveals the Poster of Her Next Film Chandramukhi 2 Starring the Tamil Actor Raghava Lawrence

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut unveiled the poster of her upcoming movie Chandramukhi 2. She is also geared up for her first directorial debut ‘Emergency’.

The Bollywood news is filled with reactions from the audience to the upcoming movie’s poster. The Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut informed that she is making a comeback in September 2023 during Ganesh Chaturthi with Chandramukhi 2, and she prompted her fans if they were ready for it.

As understood by the reports from Bollywood news, the movie will hit the screen on 19 September, the day of the Ganesh Chaturthi celebration. The Bollywood project by P Vasu is a sequel to the popular Tamil movie ‘Chandramukhi’ of the horror-comedy genre. The sequel starred actors Jyothika and Rajinikanth in the lead roles. The story goes to portray Kangana Ranaut as a dancer in the court of the King. The character will be recalled for her dance skills and beauty.

The movie is produced by Subaskaran and Lyca Productions wherein Raghava Lawrence, a Tamil actor will star opposite Kangana Ranaut in the titular role. According to Bollywood News, the film will release in different languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. Kangana is also preparing for her film ‘Emergency’, which is a period drama project that takes on the life of Indira Gandhi, India’s former Prime Minister.

The movie is directed by Kangana Ranaut and she also is in the lead role depicting the late politician. As per Bollywood news, the film is supposed to go in for a theatrical release on 24 November 2023. The Bollywood celebrity captioned the official teaser of the movie on her Instagram account, “A protector or a Dictator?” She went on to encourage the viewers by saying that they will witness our history’s darkest phase when the PM of India declared war on citizens through an emergency.

The Bollywood news revealed that ‘Emergency’ is Kangana Ranaut’s first directorial film. And the film has cast such as Vishak Nair, Mahima Chaudhry, Shreyas Talpade, and Anupam Kher in important roles.
