Marathi Film 'Baipan Bhari Deva' Collects Over Rs. 58 crores in 3 Weeks

The eagerly anticipated Marathi film "Baipan Bhari Deva" has outperformed all expectations, which is an amazing accomplishment. With an incredible Rs 58 crore in sales in just 3 weeks after release, it has become a hit. Six females play the key roles as sisters in the Kedar Shinde-directed movie. With its fantastic box office performance, the Marathi movie has a great stand among the audience currently.

Taran Adarsh, a trade analyst shared on his Twitter the official figures of 'Baipan Bhari Deva' as the tweet addresses the performance as the ‘blockbuster run continues.’ On day one the movie made Rs. 1 crore and within 3 weeks, it attained Rs. 58.59 crore. On Friday, it collected Rs. 2.40 crore and proceeded to Rs. 5.05 crore on Saturday. The achievement did not stop but kept on growing as Baipan Bhari Deva amassed Rs. 6.05 crore.

Thus, the weekend was an excellent time for the film to gross the returns. On weekdays, it started with a sizable amount of Rs. 2.15 crore on Monday, followed by Rs. 2.10 crore on Tuesday, and 2.05 crore on Wednesday. Thursday, Baipan Bhari Deva settled for Rs. 1.44 crore. This is how the film had a whopping box office collection of Rs. 58.59 crores. As for weekly figures, in the first week, the movie accumulated Rs. 12.50 crores.

It continued with Rs. 24.85 crores in the second week, while Rs. 21.24 crore was the income for the third week. As for the film, it has an interesting cast with Vandana Gupte, Shilpa Navalkar, Rohini Hattangadi, Sukanya Kulkarni, Deepa Parab, and Suchitra Bandekar. The movie was released on 30 June 2023 in the theatres. The producers of the film are Bela Shinde, Madhuri Bhosale, and Ajit Bhure.

Despite facing stiff competition from three Hollywood films [MI7, Barbie, Oppenheimer], Marathi film 'BaipanBhariDeva' remains an unstoppable force at the box office. It has now crossed ₹65 Cr and is marching towards the ₹75 Cr milestone. Weekend 4 collections: Fri ₹1.20 Cr, Sat ₹2.46 Cr, Sun ₹3.36 Cr. Total: ₹65.61 Cr (Nett BOC).
