Rema of Calm Down Fame to Tour India, Chris Gayle Will Join the Mumbai Show with a Teaser of His Rap ‘Oh Fatima’

Rema, the newly acclaimed rapper will be joined by Chris Gayle at the Mumbai show to release the teaser of his English rap track ‘Oh Fatima’ in front of fans.

Nigerian singer Divine Ikubor aka Rema is set for a three-city tour in India, Rema’s solo debut in the country. He will be joined by Chris Gayle at his show in Mumbai. The former West Indies cricketer will premiere the teaser of ‘Oh Fatima’ his brand-new tropical track. Gayle will perform live at the concert and collaborate with Arko Pravo Mukherjee, the Indian composer, and singer-songwriter. The song shot in Dubai inspires a summertime feel, and marks the debut of Chris Gayle in English rap. Gayle said he is quite happy about Remo performing in India.

He also said that his music video is with music composer Arko and they intend to release the taser of the song at Remo’s Mumbai show. He is quite excited about the song and shares it with all the fans. On the other hand, Rema is also super excited to perform in the country. He greeted his fans with ‘Namaste India’ and said that he is fascinated with the cultural landscape of the nation. Remo also conveyed that he feels amazing about touring India finally and cannot wait to join his lovely fans in the arenas.

He also appreciated Grid Entertainment, Offline Guys, Afrodesh, and Yuvraj Entertainment for making the show a reality and is wishing the event to be an Afro Rave. In Mumbai, the other scheduled opening acts are from music artiste Karan Kanchan, Riar Saab, DJ Edward Maya, singer Zahrah Khan, Akash Ahuja, Wicked Sunny, Tsumyoki, Pablo Dutta, UNB MC Panda, and others. Also, Van Moon, Kalpanik, DRV, and Kashish Rathore will open the show in New Delhi for the artist.

At the Hyderabad show Sickflip, KAY-VEE, DIVINE, DJ Scintillate, and DJ KAN-I will dominate the console. In the show, the Nigerian hitmaker will utilize several interesting props such as an illuminated rotating horse carousel, inflatable large neon mushrooms, hazard waste style metal barrels bearing graffiti that resounds with his Rave & Roses debut album, and dethroned roses.

The musician will also use a lowrider-style bicycle to make entries on stage multiple times. The 24-year-old will also utilize a quad bike and rickshaw for this purpose with a life-sized stuffed teddy bear mascot six feet tall. The stage will also have several layers-built marvels of technological advancement and showcase a house front and a half-vintage car.

The Rema Calm Down India tour is upcoming and a part of producers’ and multi-talented artists’ world tour. It will have the singer-songwriter and rapper start the trek on 12 May in New Delhi at JLN Stadium, and then follow up on 13 May in Mumbai at NSCI Dome, and finally on 14 May in Hyderabad at Prism.
