Following an extraordinary first week in theaters, "Jawan" has grossed an impressive Rs 328 crore in India and has crossed the Rs 600 crore mark in global earnings. This achievement marks a historic milestone as it becomes the highest-ever first-week total for a Hindi film. On its seventh day in theaters, Wednesday, the movie added Rs 23 crore to its domestic net box office earnings, as reported by industry tracker Sacnilk. According to Box Office Worldwide, "Jawan" is poised to reach the significant milestone of Rs 700 crore in global gross earnings today, marking the end of its extended first week of release.

"Jawan" had its grand premiere on Janmashtami, a national holiday, last Thursday, where it achieved an extraordinary feat by raking in Rs 75 crore in India on its debut – an all-time record for any Hindi film's opening day. The movie's success reached its pinnacle on the third day, amassing a staggering Rs 80 crore nationwide. Impressively, "Jawan" also soared past the coveted Rs 100 crore global earnings mark within its initial three days of release.

The film's box office performance showed remarkable resilience as it ventured into the week, with collections of Rs 32 crore in India on Monday and Rs 26 crore on Tuesday. Even on Wednesday, the movie maintained a substantial occupancy rate of 23% for its Hindi-language release, with nighttime screenings continuing to bring in the highest returns. In the two most lucrative regions, Mumbai and Delhi-NCR, occupancy rates stood at 24% and 25%, respectively.

"Jawan," strategically positioned as Shah Rukh Khan's maiden pan-Indian release, was simultaneously launched in dubbed versions for Tamil and Telugu audiences. On the seventh day, the Tamil version witnessed a 15% occupancy rate, whereas the Telugu version boasted a 23% occupancy rate. The film, directed by Atlee, renowned for his collaborations with Tamil superstar Vijay, also stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal supporting roles.
