The dating rumors appeared after Shraddha Kapoor and Rahul Mody were photographed together multiple times last year. In March of this year, they attended a friend's wedding as well These rumors were fueled even more when the actress posted images from what looked like a vacation they took together.

The paparazzi spotted the duo together attending Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding festivities. Later, they were also spotted on a dinner date together in Mumbai last year. They met on the sets of “Tu Jhooti Main Makkar,” where Rahul Mody was a writer, and their friendship turned to love.
