‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ released on February 09, 2024, got a meek response on its day 1. The movie somehow got a mixed reaction and failed to gain the attention of a wide audience. On its first day, the movie made a collection of ₹6.70 crore. On its second day, the business was good with ₹9.50 crore at the box office. And on its third day the movie succeeded to earn ₹10.50 crore, slightly better than the first and second day. So the total collection of the movie as of now is ₹26.85 crore (net) in India.

Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, is a movie based on the love story of Shahid Kapoor (Aryan) a human, and Kriti Sanon (Sifra) a robot. Aryan is a robot scientist, who falls in love with Sifra, a very intelligent robot. The movie also features the veteran stars Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia.

The movie is written and directed by debut filmmakers Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah. The movie received mixed signals from the audience but on its day 3 has shown a great increase in the numbers. Since the movie is released before the week of valentines, it is estimated to do well during valentines.

The popular newspaper ,The Hindustan Times, wrote this review for the movie, “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya puts all other futuristic films and shows to shame that entertained us or at least tried to keep us intrigued to the world of robots and science. Remember Rajinikanth as Chitti? He was endearing and kept us engaged each time he pulled off a stunt onscreen or did some mischief. He was genuinely funny! Let’s go back a little and pick the TV shows like Small Wonder or Karishma Ka Karishma, its desi version.”

They further stated, “While those TV shows actually made us laugh. Even Ra.One featuring Shah Rukh Khan, a video game protagonist was not this bad. But with Sifra playing a highly programmed robot who can catch the slightest of emotions on a human's face but bears no wit of common sense, ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ fails to evoke any feelings or offer a phenomenal experience."
