Summary: Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's action film managed to collect 276 Cr box office collection across India. It may not be possible to beat Tiger Zinda Hai.

Superstar Salman Khan's blockbuster action movie 'Tiger 3' has not created much buzz at the box office. The third installment of the hit series fell short of ticket counter expectations as the collection was in freefall after the Diwali holidays.

According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Tiger 3 recorded 2.25 Cr on the third Tuesday. The net amount of India as a whole amounts to 276 Cr. The worldwide collection of this film currently stands at 446 Cr.

This collection sealed the fate of the film, and it won’t be able to even surpass the numbers of the second film Tiger Zinda Hai, which grossed around 339 Cr across India and 558 Cr worldwide.

Coach Maneesh Sharma has been slammed with various word of mouth comments coupled with important World Cup matches affecting his collection on the big day. After setting record-breaking box office numbers, the film did not feel as high as it did when it starred Salman Khan.

Tiger 3 is probably the least successful movie in the spy world. Hrithik Roshan's 2019 release 'War' clocked his 318 Cr across India. A total of 471 crore worldwide. The highest-grossing film in the world was Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan, which grossed an astonishing 1000 Cr worldwide.

Tiger 3 also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi, both of whom play Pakistani agents, while Salman plays the title role of an Indian RAW agent. The film collection will be a huge success this Friday when Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal will release. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga the movie is expected to have the biggest opening ever.

Tiger 3 stars Emraan Hashmi as the main antagonist along with Revathy, Vishal Jethwa, Kumud Mishra, Ranvir Shorey, and Simran. There is also a cameo by Shah Rukh Khan and a post-credits scene by Hrithik Roshan.
