Aluminizing service is a surface treatment technology that deposits an aluminum layer on the surface of a substrate by physical or chemical methods to achieve protection, decoration or functional enhancement. Its core processes include vacuum evaporation, thermal spraying, arc aluminum plating and chemical aluminum plating. By controlling parameters such as deposition rate (0.1-10nm/s), substrate temperature (100-500℃) and aluminum layer thickness (0.1-100μm), a dense, corrosion-resistant and highly reflective coating is formed. The implementation of the service must strictly follow the substrate pretreatment (degreasing, sandblasting), coating deposition and post-treatment (sealing, passivation) processes, and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) is used to detect coating thickness, adhesion test (cross-cut method) and salt spray test (≥500h neutral salt spray without corrosion) to ensure quality. The technical difficulty lies in balancing the density of the coating and the thermal stress of the substrate.
