It is primarily used in gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and mixed insulation systems (GIS/GIL) in substations, power plants, industrial power distribution systems, subway traction power supply, high-rise buildings, and data centers. The upstream of the industry chain includes suppliers of zinc oxide powder, ceramic matrix, aluminum flanges, epoxy insulation components, and SF₆ or alternative insulating gases; downstream customers are mainly power grid construction operators (State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, KEPCO, EDF, TenneT, etc.), large-scale power engineering EPC contractors, and high-end industrial power system users.
