It is primarily used for single-phase/multi-phase immersion cooling in data centers, semiconductor test equipment, IGBT modules, and aerospace electronics cooling.The technology involves fluorite-anhydrous HF-hexafluoropropylene (HFP)-hexafluoropropylene oxide (HFPO).
