Alia Bhatt repeats her mehendi lehenga for Manish Malhotra’s Diwali party
Summary: Alia Bhatt looks gorgeous in her mehendi lehenga, which she wore at Manish Malhotra’s Diwali party.
Last night at the Diwali bash, Alia Bhatt wore a crimson lehenga that she had worn to her Mehendi ceremony. Shaheen Bhatt, Alia's sister, was Alia's plus-one at the bash. Alia added bracelets and danglers to her traditional ensemble. Her hair was kept in a bun.
Other people spotted at Manish’s Diwali bash were Jahnavi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Kriti Sanon, Rekha, and Karan Johar.
Alia has worn the same outfit more than once before. She attended the National Awards event last year wearing her wedding saree, by Sabyasachi Mukherjee.
How was Alia’s Mehendi outfit styled?
Alia went for a more understated look. She added gold peep-toe block heels, kadhas, an embroidered clutch, gold and cut diamond Chandbalis, and a matching ring to complete the look. She wore her hair in a coiffed style with a side part. For the glam, the actor went for radiant skin, feathery brows, glossy mauve-pink lips, rouge-tinted cheeks, and a touch of mascara.
The lehenga was specially designed by Manish Malhotra for Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor Mehendi celebration. The lehenga reflects her journey and depicts some of her memorable moments.
As described: “Inscribed through Kashmiri and Chikankari threads, the passionate 3000-hour intricate handwork of Mijwan women features a fuchsia pink lehenga and a blouse embellished in real gold and silver nakshi and kora flowers, and vintage gold metal sequins from Kutch.”
