BSNL now has a new logo and also announced 7 new services

On October 22, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) unveiled its new logo and introduced seven digital services that prioritize dependable, cost-effective, and safe connectivity throughout India.

 

The new design highlights equality and national coverage by encircling India with green and white arrows set against an orange background. The company's tagline, "Connecting Bharat," promotes the goal of bridging the digital gap between urban and rural areas.

 

The launch was led in New Delhi by the Union Minister of Communications, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia. He stated, “The launch marks the dawn of a transformative era for the service provider, reaffirming its commitment to providing seamless, universal, affordable, and accessible connectivity to all.”

 

India's first direct-to-device (D2D) connectivity solution. It combines satellite and terrestrial mobile networks and is one of the state-owned recent innovations of telecom operators.

 

It introduced new BSNL SIM cards with Any Time SIM (ATS) kiosks, which can activate SIM cards, complete KYC, and dispense them immediately.

 

It offers a dedicated network for disaster relief efforts and an automatic spam-blocking system are two of the BSNL's security-focused offerings. 

 

They have partnered with C-DAC, introducing a Wi-Fi roaming service for FTTH users, and invented private 5G connectivity for mining operations.
