Maidaan Box Office Collection: Ajay Devgn’s film continues to do well at the box office

The box office results for Maidaan increased on its first Saturday. According to a Sacnilk report, the film starring Ajay Devgn grossed ₹5.5 crore across all languages on its fourth day. The biographical sports drama grossed ₹15.6 crore, including special previews. 

Maidaan, directed by Amit Sharma, tells about the life of Syed Abdul Rahim, the Indian football team's coach and manager from 1950 to his death in 1963. Priyamani and Nitanshi Goel play crucial roles in the film as well. Maidaan is co-produced by Zed Studios, Bayview Projects, and Fresh Lime Films.

In its first day of sales, Maidaan brought in ₹ 4.5 crore. The movie made ₹ 2.75 crore and ₹ 5.75 crore on its second and third days, respectively. Including the fourth day's collection, Maidaan has made ₹ 21.85 crore in total to date. According to the survey, on its fourth day, Maidaan's Hindi occupancy rate was approximately 24.29%.

The Ali Abbas Zafar-directed action spectacle Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, starring Tiger Shroff and Akshay Kumar, poses a serious challenge to Maidaan at the box office. Thus far, the movie has earned more than ₹40 crore.

Shahid Kapoor mentioned Maidaan on his Instagram Stories on Friday. The actor commented, "I really enjoyed watching Maidaan today," along with a picture of the movie poster. "Such a skillfully produced and executed movie. Guys, go watch it. Well-made films should be seen. Best wishes to the whole team."
