BBC News has sent alerts to its users of incorrect information. One such news circulated was, the well-known tennis player Rafael Nadal claiming to be gay in public, which is not true.
Google has gone through the same situation when its AI went haywire. Sundar Pichai, the CEO, had to issue an apology for the unfortunate mistakes.
Apple appears to have acknowledged the mistakes in its AI tool and is now requesting that users report instances in which their devices are sending out false information.
