Ayodhya Ram Mandir: Devotees Gather at the temple for its first anniversary.

To commemorate the first anniversary of the Pran Pratishtha event at the magnificent Ram Mandir, thousands of devotees have flocked to Ayodhya. With tremendous enthusiasm and dedication, the three-day celebration, which was arranged by the district administration and the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, got underway today.
Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, conducted the sacred Abhishek of Ram Lalla to kick off the festivities. To represent divine splendor, the deity was dressed in a specially made Pitambari garment made of gold and silver threads.
At 12:20 PM, the Maha Aarti of Ram Lalla was the main event of the celebrations. The festival, which included cultural performances, religious rites, and Ram Katha speeches, drew devotees from all across the nation.
A Ram Katha is also scheduled to take place at the 'Angad Tila' within the temple grounds, and a cultural performance and Manas discourse will follow.
The Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust reports that on January 1, the first day of the year, more than 2 lakh devotees came to the temple to pray.
The general secretary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, Champat Rai, thanked all the guests and devotees who came to the festivities. He emphasized the event's importance and pointed out that it provided an unusual opportunity for people who were unable to attend the consecration ceremony the previous year to take part.
To guarantee the attendees' comfort and safety, the district administration has taken many precautions. To handle the massive number of tourists, road diversions and increased security have been put in place.
The festivities will last until January 13 and include plenty of public gatherings and chances for devotees to seek Lord Ram Lalla for blessings. To increase participation in the auspicious occasion, the event is being televised live on national television.
