iPhone 16 series launches in September, and CMF phone 1 by Nothing launches in July. Get to know everything about it

Summary: The iPhone 16 series is expected to go on sale in September 2024, and nothing is set to launch its first smartphone, the CMF Phone 1, soon.

June 2024 is almost over, and the release of the latest iPhone series, the iPhone 16, is getting closer. This year, Apple is anticipated to follow its usual schedule, releasing the new iPhone in September during its fall event. As the autumn event draws near, there is a ton of speculation and rumors floating around the internet regarding potential new features Apple may include in the iPhone 16, which gives us a good sense of what to expect from the new series.

Rumors are that the next series will feature major improvements in camera technology, display size, and new features, all driven by Apple's intelligence and the most recent version of iOS 18, which will be available soon.

An expansion in the display sizes of the Pro models is one of the most anticipated features of the iPhone 16. With a 6.9-inch screen expected on the Pro Max and a 6.3-inch screen speculated on the 16 Pro, these will be the largest iPhones to date.

There are more such features, like the "Capture Button," designed after a traditional camera shutter button, meant to simplify the taking of pictures and videos. The "Action Button," first featured in the iPhone 15 Pro, is expected to be available on all iPhone 16 models. This customizable button will replace the mute switch, allowing users to activate the flashlight, launch the camera, and toggle silent mode.

About CMF Phone 1

Nothing has officially announced that the CMF Phone 1, the company's newest low-cost smartphone under the CMF brand, will launch on July 8 in India and other international markets. But only a few weeks before the CMF Phone 1 is supposed to launch, a fresh leak has made most of its specs and pricing public.

The company is probably going to let customers swap out the rear of their smartphone, as nothing has proven recently that the CMF Phone 1 includes a revolving screw.

The upcoming CMF by Nothing phone, according to the quoted source, would have a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen that refreshes at 120 Hz. The gadget will include a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset under the hood. Additionally, Nothing might have a microSD card slot that allows users to increase their internal storage by up to 2 TB.

It is also anticipated that the CMF Phone 1 will include two rear cameras, possibly a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a depth sensor. There might be a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The gadget is anticipated to enable 33W fast charging and may come with a standard 5,000mAh battery, similar to those found in many mid-range phones.
