The Ladki Bahin Yojana was started by the state government before the assembly elections. It has been discovered that many unqualified women have applied under the program. The decision to act against these ladies is made by the state administration. It has now been revealed that 22,000 women in Mumbai were warded off of the Ladki Bahin Yojana list.

Sam TV reported that Ladki Bhaini is being investigated in Mumbai. Twenty-two thousand women have been shut out of the Ladki Bhaini scheme during the inspection. Some of these women have reportedly been excluded due to their self-employment, while others have been found to possess four-wheelers.

In actuality, the government had set certain requirements when the Ladki Bhain Yojana was launched. These women did not, however, adhere to these requirements while submitting their applications. But now, such women are the target of action. It's also possible that these women will have their money returned.

The district government and the Women and Child Welfare Department have begun considerable preparations for the verification. At the District Collector level, the beneficiaries' list is being categorized.

As a result, supervisors, Anganwadi workers, and child development project officers (CDPOs) are physically inspecting homes. The beneficiaries' financial standing and four-wheeler ownership are being examined as part of this investigation.
