Tyson, the former undefeated world heavyweight champion, reportedly pledged to unleash "Iron Mike" when he returns to the ring. Tyson has won 44 of his 50 professional boxing bouts via knockout (KO). Tyson was cited as saying, "I'm bringing the devil himself [to the ring]" during Tuesday's open training session.
Each combatant will use 14-ounce gloves for the eight two-minute rounds of the heavyweight bout. Since making his professional debut in 2020, Paul has amassed a 10-1 record, whereas Tyson's record is 50-6-2 (win-loss-no contest).
According to reports, Tyson will receive $20 million for the eight two-minute rounds in the legally sanctioned fight on Friday in Texas.
