New Delhi University (DU) campuses, a World Trade Centre (WTC) in Nauroji Nagar, government buildings in Sarojini Nagar, and a massive slum rehabilitation project in Ashok Vihar are among the leading projects.
The Delhi Development Authority's (DDA) second successful In-Situ Slum Rehabilitation Project will be completed with the opening of freshly built apartments.
PM Narendra Modi Ji posted on his X, “Today is an important day for Delhi's development. At a program in Ashok Vihar, will be inaugurating and laying the foundation stones for a wide range of development works which will boost 'Ease of Living' for the people of Delhi.”

At approximately 12:10 p.m., Prime Minister Modi will be at Swabhiman Apartments in Delhi’s Ashok Vihar to inspect the newly constructed apartments for the residents of the Jhuggi Jhopri (JJ) clusters, which are part of the In-Situ Slum Rehabilitation Project.
The inauguration will begin at 12:45 p.m., laying the foundation for several development projects in Delhi.
With the right amenities and facilities, the project aims to give the people who live in Delhi's JJ clusters a better, healthier living environment.
