Your personal information like allergies, hobbies, reading preferences, and preferences for and dislikes for documentaries and podcasts, will all be retained by the AI.

The upgrade is associated with the WhatsApp beta for Android 2.24.22.9 update, but beta testers are not yet able to access it. This breakthrough is described as "making Meta AI feel more like a personal assistant" in the paper.

It also makes it clear that users will always have complete control over what Meta AI recalls because they can decide at any time to add or remove specific data.
