World Leaders Back India’s Fight Against Terrorism as All-Party Delegations Rally Global Support

Summary: Strong international support was given to India's all-party delegations as they denounced Pakistan's support for terrorism in a potent diplomatic move.

India is taking bold diplomatic steps to draw the world’s attention to its ongoing fight against terrorism, especially following the deadly Pahalgam terror attack in April. The nation sent seven all-party delegations to 33 major international capitals to boost this mission. They have a clear message: those who support terrorism must be held accountable, and it cannot be tolerated.

The response has been overwhelmingly supportive.

The Indian team had a fruitful conversation with Adel Al-Jubeir, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, in Saudi Arabia. The delegation's leader, Baijayant Jay Panda, described the discussions as positive and highlighted the strong trust between the two countries. India's unambiguous message that terrorism will never be tolerated was well received by the Saudis.

In Italy, officials responded positively, offering closer bilateral cooperation. The Indian delegation found allies willing to work together on combating the roots of terrorism.

Indonesia, too, stepped up. Leaders there promised full support for India’s anti-terror efforts and agreed to stand by India in global platforms to push for stronger actions against terrorism.

In the meantime, BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad led talks with Thierry Tesson and other French Parliament members in France. They made it clear that France supports India. The two nations' long-standing friendship is only getting stronger, especially in light of common international issues like terrorism.

In Greece, DMK MP Kanimozhi Karunanidhi led the delegation and met with Deputy Foreign Minister Tasos Chatzivasileiou. The Greek government expressed support for India and reiterated the necessity of concerted international action against terrorism.

These high-level visits demonstrate a growing global recognition of terrorism as a shared threat and go beyond simple diplomacy. India is making it very evident that it will not remain silent or stand by itself by rallying international support and having candid discussions.

With this global support coming in, India’s position is gaining strength, reinforcing that a united world is the only way forward in defeating terrorism.
